- Campaign data — targeting criteria, message templates, lead lists, and outreach results generated through our platform.
- Prospect data — publicly available LinkedIn profile information (name, headline, company, job title, location) collected during search and outreach operations.
- Usage data — log data, activity history, and platform interaction patterns for service improvement and debugging.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns as configured by you.
- Generate AI-personalized connection requests and messages using the Anthropic Claude API.
- Provide campaign analytics, reporting, and dashboards.
- Maintain rate limits and safety controls to protect your LinkedIn account.
- Send notifications about campaign status, errors, and important account events.
- Improve and maintain the reliability of our platform.
3. AI-Generated Content
Outlinq uses the Anthropic Claude API to generate personalized outreach messages. Prospect profile data (name, headline, company, summary) is sent to the AI model for message personalization. All AI-generated messages are placed in a review queue for your approval before being sent, unless you explicitly enable auto-approval for a campaign.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
- Service providers — Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI message generation), and infrastructure providers necessary to operate the platform.
- LinkedIn — actions performed on your behalf (connection requests, messages, profile views) are transmitted to LinkedIn through their platform.
- Legal compliance — when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account and campaign data for the duration of your service engagement. Prospect data and campaign history are retained for up to 12 months after the last campaign activity. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted storage of credentials, secure API communications over HTTPS, role-based access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure.
7. LinkedIn Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring your use of Outlinq complies with LinkedIn's Terms of Service and applicable laws. Outlinq implements rate limiting, working-hours scheduling, and gradual ramp-up controls designed to align with LinkedIn's usage guidelines.
